THE GOLF CLUB COMPONENT

The developer will supply the golf course and clubhouse. The golf club will be run as a seperate company with its own management structure so as not to impact on the financial stability of the residential component.

All residential purchasers have to be members of the club for which a non-refundable entrance fee is payable. Currently, for a project of this nature, entrance fees of R30 000 are the norm.

Annual subs will be payable by all members.

THE RESIDENTIAL COMPONENT

The Cotswold Downs Golf and Country Estate Management Association will run the residential component.

The Association will comprise the developer and representatives from the residents.

Monthly levies will be payable to the Association for common costs such as maintenance, rates, landscaping of common areas and the like.
